A general dental practice in Model Town, Lahore, led by Dr. Rafay, treating families across routine, cosmetic and surgical dentistry.
The practice has been treating patients in Model Town for years, and a good number of them have been coming since they were children. That changes how you practise. You are not selling a treatment plan to a stranger; you are looking after a mouth you will see again in six months.
So the order is: look properly, explain what is there, show it on screen, then talk about options. Preventive work first, restorative work when it is needed, and a straight answer when a treatment is not worth doing.
Routine care and complex work happen in the same building with the same team. Implants, surgical extractions and full-mouth rehabilitation stay here rather than being referred on, which means one person holds the whole picture of your mouth.
Dr. Rafay leads the practice and works across cosmetic dentistry, dental implants and orthodontics. Cases that would ordinarily be sent elsewhere, such as implant placement, impacted wisdom teeth and rebuilding a worn-down bite, are planned and carried out here.
Every procedure is worked with a nurse: one pair of hands on the tooth, one on everything else. It is slower to staff and considerably better for the patient.
Seven photographs of the practice as it actually is, from the gate through to a procedure in progress.

The measure of a dental practice is not how much treatment it does. It is how many of your own teeth you still have in thirty years, and whether you were comfortable getting there.
That means catching things early, being honest about what does and does not need doing, and making the room a place you are willing to come back to.
